Reforming DC/Virgina Fleet?

Anyone have any interest in trying to reform the old DC (#7) or Virginia (#14) Fleet?
I don't really have any race experience, I'm mainly looking for meet ups and information exchange and I figure I cant be the only SJ21 sailor in the DC/ Chesapeake area that would like to as well.
After visiting the Annapolis boat show this weekend, I'm itching to find other like minded sailors

I'm in Raleigh, but would travel to Chesapeake. My company is based in DC.

I'm in Fairfax and would try to make a sailing event.

Not SJ21 specific, but I took ASA 101/103 with the pentagon sailing club (pentagonsailing.org). They organize both training and social events.
