Don't have a preference for MK I, II, or III
Can't be a fixer upper or project boat
Racing record not important - must be a sold, well maintained boat

Old San Juan 21' currently on Lake Julian in Asheville, NC. Not a looker, but performs well. Sound hull, newish mainsail, jib, and spinnaker. Bare inside, but no damage. Rudder works OK, but needs work. Tons of line, extra rigging, fenders. No trailer, but will deliver. $900 OBO.

Stephen Freeman here in Morehead City, I have just posted two boats SJ 21 for sale One is a great buy with lots of stuff, one is the LAST ONE MADE but needs either a trailer or the old trailer fixed with now cross members MY MY how stuff lasts here on the SALTY Cost.
We are all doing fine. LOL but I bet your son Kevin probably has kids of his owne now.how time flys. !!!
